Learn to use AI assistants for the tasks of daily life and work: writing, translating, planning, understanding documents, studying and organising, in your own language.
AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude can draft a letter to the comune, explain a contract clause, plan a week of meals, prepare a child's revision or turn notes into a tidy email, in Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Italian or English. Most people have tried one once and stopped. These lessons make it a daily tool.
We teach how to ask (clear instructions, examples, context), how to check (what to trust, what to verify, what never to share), and how to fit it into your routine on a phone or a laptop. Every lesson ends with something you actually needed done.

Which assistant should I use?
We start with a free one and compare two or three in the first lesson. The habits transfer; the product matters less than people think.
Is it safe to put my documents into an AI?
Some things yes, some never. A whole lesson is about privacy: what to remove from a document, which tools keep your data, and how to use AI for understanding without handing over identity numbers.
Do I need to write in English?
No. Assistants understand and answer in all five of our languages, and we teach in yours.
