Before you ask
Do you help with the registration and tax requirements?
We explain the local requirements (such as the regional identification code and guest registration) and handle the guest registration for each stay. For tax filing we refer you to an accountant.
Can I still use the apartment myself?
Yes. Block dates in the calendar or tell us, and we keep them free.
How do you set prices?
Based on season, events in Milan, and what comparable apartments achieve, adjusted weekly. You can set a minimum rate we never go below.
