Planning and hosting for celebrations, community gatherings and corporate evenings, from venue to guest list.
From a private dinner for twelve to a community celebration for several hundred, we plan and host events in Milan for families, associations and companies. Venue, catering, decor, photography and the running order are handled by us and our trusted partners, in the languages your guests speak.
On the day, we are there: managing suppliers, welcoming guests and keeping to time, so the host can enjoy the room instead of running it.

A planning fee based on the size of the event, plus supplier costs passed on at their price with every invoice visible to you. The budget is agreed in writing and updated as choices are made.

Before you ask
Can you find a venue that works for prayer times and halal catering?
Yes. We work with venues and caterers in Milan that are used to both, and plan the timing of the evening around them.
Do you handle invitations and guest lists in several languages?
Yes. Invitations, confirmations and the day-of welcome can be in Arabic, Italian, Urdu, English and Hindi.
What is the smallest event you take on?
A dinner for around ten people, if it needs a venue and coordination. For smaller gatherings our food and bakery service may be all you need.
