About this service
Homework support and exam preparation for primary through secondary school, following the Italian curriculum.
Children arriving in Italian schools are often asked to learn a new language and a new curriculum at the same time. Our tutoring follows the Italian programme subject by subject, explaining in the language your child understands best while building the Italian they need to keep up in class.
We set up a homework routine that works at home, prepare for tests and the maturità, and send parents a short progress note every month so nothing is a surprise at report time.

Before you ask
Which subjects and school years do you cover?
Primary and secondary (scuola primaria, media and superiore) in maths, science, Italian, history and geography, and English. For other subjects we tell you honestly whether we can help or recommend someone who can.
My child's Italian is still weak. Is that a problem?
It is the most common reason families call us. Lessons are explained in your child's stronger language while the Italian vocabulary of each subject is built up deliberately.
Do you talk to the school?
With your permission we read the school's notes and reports, and can help you prepare for parent-teacher meetings or attend them with you as an interpreter.
