About this service
Patient one-to-one lessons in using a phone, a laptop and the internet for real life in Italy: email, forms, digital identity, online banking, Word and Excel.
Much of Italian life now happens on a screen: appointments are booked online, the school writes on an app, the bank wants an app too, and public offices ask for a digital identity. Our computer lessons start from wherever you are, even if that is switching the device on, and are taught in the language you understand best.
Lessons are practical and personal. We use your own phone or laptop, set up your email, your digital identity (SPID or CIE) and the apps you need, and practise the tasks you actually face: filling in a form, sending a document, paying a bill, writing a CV in Word, keeping a budget in Excel, and staying safe from scams.

Priced per lesson, with a package of six at a lower rate. Setting up your digital identity or online banking is included in the lesson time; we never hold your passwords.

Before you ask
I am a complete beginner. Is that a problem?
It is the normal starting point. The first lesson is about the device in your hand and nothing else. We go one step at a time and repeat as often as you need.
Can you come to my home?
Yes, in Milan. Many lessons happen at the kitchen table on the student's own laptop; online lessons work once the basics are in place.
Do you teach children?
For children the school tutoring service covers computer use for homework; these lessons are designed for adults.
