About this service

Sworn (asseverata) translations for courts, notaries, universities and public offices, arranged with court-registered partners and delivered stamped and ready to file.

Italian courts, notaries, universities and the comune accept foreign documents only with a sworn translation: a translation signed before a court officer that carries legal value. We arrange it through partner translators registered with the Milan court, prepare the file with you and hand you the finished, stamped document.

For notary appointments, such as property purchases, powers of attorney and company deeds, we prepare the translation of the deed when it is required and coordinate the sworn translator's presence at the signing, so that you understand what you sign and the notary has what the law requires.

What is included

Included as standard

  • Sworn (asseverata) translations with court stamps
  • Apostille and legalisation guidance for foreign documents
  • Translations for notary deeds, powers of attorney, company documents
  • University enrolment: diplomas, transcripts, declarations of value

Who it is for

Anyone filing foreign documents with an Italian office, court, university or notary.

How it works

Four steps, one contact.

  1. Tell us what you need

A WhatsApp message or the form is enough. Write in any of our five languages.

  2. A free 20-minute meeting

By phone, video or in person in Milan. We listen, ask questions and tell you honestly what we can do.

  3. A clear written plan and price

A short summary of what happens, when, and what it costs. No surprises later.

  4. One contact, ongoing

The same person who knows your story each time you write, for as long as you need.

Pricing approach

A clear written plan, no surprises.

Quoted per document, including the partner translator's fee and court stamps (marche da bollo), before you commit. Delivery dates depend on the court and are confirmed in writing.

Questions we hear often

Before you ask

Who actually swears the translation?

A translator registered with the court, who signs the oath before the court clerk. We coordinate, prepare and deliver; the legal act is theirs. We say this clearly because it matters for validity.

My document is not in Italian or English. Can it still be sworn?

Yes: Arabic, Urdu and Hindi documents are common cases. Some need an apostille from the issuing country first; we explain the order of steps for your country.

Can you attend the notary with me?

Yes. An interpreter attends the signing so you understand each clause; when the notary requires a sworn translator instead, we arrange that person.
