About this service
Trusted, language-matched carers for children and older relatives, at home in Milan: after-school hours, evenings, holidays and daily companionship.
Finding someone to look after a child or an older parent is hard anywhere; in a new country, in a language you are still learning, it can feel impossible. We introduce carers we know personally and have checked, who speak Arabic, Italian, Urdu, English or Hindi, and we stay involved: you deal with us, not with an app.
For children: after-school pick-ups, homework hours, evenings out, school holidays and occasional babysitting. For older relatives: daily companionship, help with meals and medication reminders, accompanied medical appointments and a familiar voice at home. Care is arranged around your routine and reviewed with you every month.

Priced per hour, with a lower rate for regular weekly hours and a written agreement that states days, times, duties and how to change them. A short paid trial session comes first.

Before you ask
Are carers checked?
Yes. Every carer is someone we know or who comes recommended by a family we work with; we check references and identity documents, and we meet them with you before the first session.
Can the same person come every time?
That is the goal, especially for children and older relatives who need continuity. We arrange a named carer and a named substitute for illness and holidays.
Is this medical or nursing care?
No. Our carers provide companionship, supervision and practical help. When nursing or medical care is needed we help you find a licensed provider and can interpret at the assessments.
Which areas do you cover?
Milan and the nearby comuni; for Lake Como on request. Overnight and live-in arrangements are discussed case by case.
